Enterprise customers have the ability to create and bill projects to a group. This allows enterprise customers to maintain better internal records for various departments using SyncWords within their organization.
Create a group
From the Billing page click the Create Group button.
A modal will pop up containing a list of all the authorized users in your organization. Give your group a name, check off the users you want to belong to this group, and then click the Create Group button.
Repeat this step as many times as necessary to create as many groups as you want. You can make edits to your groups by clicking the Manage link under the group name.
Authorized users can be added to more than one group if desired.
Billing a project to a group
Now that you have created and assigned your users to one or more groups let's take a look at creating a project that will be billed to a group.
Create a new project and upload your media. You will now see a drop-down under the price that indicates which group the project is being billed to.
If a user belongs to only one group then all projects created by this user will automatically be assigned to the group they belong to.
If a user belongs to more than one group then the user will be able to select the group they want the project assigned. If no selection is made then the project will not be assigned to any group and will be labeled Unassigned.
Generating a group invoice
SyncWords will send an invoice to enterprise customers on the first business day of every month. This invoice will contain all projects run within the organization and detail what group each project belongs to. If you would like to generate an invoice for a specific group you can do so by going to the Billing page and selecting the appropriate group from the Billing Group drop-down.
You will see the group information on the screen and have the ability to export a PDF or CSV containing the relevant information.
