When Will My Project Be Ready For Editing?

ASR or Use Your Own Transcript

If you upload your own transcript or use Automatic Speech Recognition your project should complete in approximately half the media run time. Your project processing time shouldn’t take more than the duration of the media file you uploaded. Processing time depends on the number of projects being processed in our system.

Once your project is done, you will get the email notification (if it’s enabled in your account settings) and your project color will turn green on your dashboard:

Human Transcription

If you choose to use our human transcription services then the time of the type of service you requested will be added to the completion time. You can see the various options and transcript delivery times in our Transcript Turn Around Times article.
