Media with two or more languages

When it comes to creating transcripts SyncWords does not support multi-language files by default. Please contact support to request multi-language transcription. If you do submit a human transcription request for a file with multiple languages in it we will transcribe only the part of the media in the primary language you set when creating the project. The other language(s) will be transcribed as [Foreign language] in the transcript.

ASR

ASR engines only work in one language at a time. If you send a multi-language file to our ASR engine the engine will only deliver results in the primary language set when creating the project regardless of the language being spoken in the media file.
