By default, SyncWords sends automated emails to inform you when a project is complete or when a submitted project has errors. You can choose not to receive these email notifications if you wish.
Step 1 - Navigate to Account Settings
On the Dashboard, click “My Account” on the top menu and select “My Information” from the dropdown list.
Step 2 - Manage Alerts
Under your basic information, you can find the two checked boxes pertaining to email notifications. One controls settings for project completion notifications, and the other controls settings for project error notifications.
Uncheck the appropriate box if you so choose, and click the “Save Changes” button to apply these settings to your account.
