SyncWords offers 3 different account types:
This is the default account when a user signs up on syncwords.com. An individual user account has one login/password. There is no collaborative Dashboard access with this level of account. Individual users manage their own projects and billings.
To create an Organizational Account for your business, contact support.
In addition to the SyncWords features that Users can access, Organizational Administrators can also access billing and add User accounts to their organization. Administrators can also control User permissions, such as whether Users are able to download transcripts, media files, and captions.

Organizational Users have access to most of SyncWords’ basic features, but they are restricted from creating other users and cannot access billing interfaces.
Organizational Users and Administrators can sort, search, and access projects across Dashboards within their organization.
