Confidence Report

A visual indicator of how confident the system is it has timed each word in the media to the corresponding word in the transcript. This can be a very helpful tool to see if there are mismatches between the media and the transcript. Typically large streaks of red or yellow indicate a mismatch.

SyncWords can generate a Confidence Report that outlines sections where the tool is less confident of its auto-timing accuracy.

This report features a Confidence Score as well as a copy of your transcript with individual words color-coded to indicate their timing confidence.

To generate the Confidence Report, scroll to the bottom of the “Select Output File Types” section of the Project Page. Check the box and click the “Download Files” button to save the Confidence Report to your local disc.
