This article provides an overview of the essential actions and features available on the SyncWords start page. Once you have signed in or registered, the start page is your gateway to managing your Teamspaces.
Reviewing Your Teamspaces and Services
On the start page, you'll find an overview of all your Teamspaces and the products associated with them. This includes Live services and Pre-recorded content.
To begin a new project, simply click on the "Upload Media" button. Find the instructions on how to start a project here.
To go to the dashboard with pre-recorded projects, click on the "View Projects" button.
By default, Live service is not active. To use Live service, you need to get in touch with our sales team.
Activating Live Services
Click on the "Request a Demo" button to initiate the process. Once Live service is activated, you will see the "Go to Live" button become available, allowing you to access the feature.
Use the "Home" as an alternative method to access the available services.
If you wish to add new users to your organization, click on the three dots located on the right-hand side and then select "Invite members"
