Once your project is complete and your primary language captions are ready, you can easily translate those captions to over 35 different languages using our machine translation. You will be able to download the translated captions in many different caption formats, as well as, view and edit the results in the Caption Editor, just like any traditional caption file.
To create a translated caption file, click the "New Caption File" button, pick a language (Contextual options are available for some languages) drop-down menu, select a payment method and confirm the charges.
You can also select a glossary to increase the accuracy of your translation. Please note that not all language pairings are available for use with a glossary.

Then, continue on to choosing any settings and giving your caption file a name. Click the "Create Captions" button and let SyncWords do its magic.
Once the translation is finished, you will see a new caption file with the translated language listed in the description.
Any caption output formats from this caption file will now be in your selected language. You can review and edit the results in the Caption Editor by clicking the "Edit Captions" button.
You can also start the translation process from the Translation option in the Caption Editor by clicking the “Translation” button on the right side of the page.
